Snowshoeing!

Snowshoeing! (let us know if you need to borrow a pair of snowshoes or have a pair to loan someone else).  Layer, bring water and a snack lunch - we can tailgate together in the parking lot afterwards.  Meet at the 2nd parking lot on Sands Lakes Road (see map.)  Questions?  Contact Kama, kama.ross@yahoo.com.

A small but very brave group of RPCVs ventured out on a cold and icy Saturday morning at our second snowshoe trek at Sand Lakes Quiet Area.  Only 7 degrees, but no wind, light snow coming down with fresh snow making the trails just lovely.  Just a perfect way to talk and enjoy connecting with our PC friends.

We are meeting again on Sunday, March 6th at Lake Ann Pathways for a cross country or snowshoe trek.  No matter what your skill or fitness level...join us.  We'll make it work!  Or if you just want to come for the conversation...you can start the bonfire in the campground for our hot dog roast afterwards!  Questions?  Email Kama - rpcv.nm@gmail.com.
